Hello and welcome.

Starting in Summer 2026 I will be re-opening the doors to Flat B at The Old Auction House.

Some of you might remember that we provided generously sized flats in the North Shields town centre back in 2025 and we’ve been quiet since then – I had to put a pause on things due to the time constraints of managing the building alongside my day job.

This time around I’ve paired up with my son to help provide extra communication, better availability, and more creativity – together we’re hoping to go from strength to strength and iteratively improve an an already excellent place to stay.

What’s next?

We’re setting ourselves up, the website is currently under construction, socials are in the works, our workflows are being refined.
